क्या भाजपा चाहतीहै कि लाशों के ढेर पर कश्मीर को जबर्दस्ती बांधकर रखा जाए। अरुंधती ने कुछ भी गलत नहीं कहा है। जो उन्होंने कहा है उसे देश की सरकारें भी किसी न किसी रूप में मानती आई है। जब कश्मीर भारत का अभिन्न अंग है तो जवाहर लाल नेहरू अपने घर के मामले को संयुक्त राष्ट्र में लेकरक्यों गए? अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने कश्मीर मुद्देपर चर्चा की पहल क्यों की? उन्होंने मुशर्रफ को क्योंबुलाया? अगर अरुंधती पर देशद्रोह का मामला बनता है तो इन पूर्व प्रधानमंत् रियों पर भी इसी तरह का मुकदमा चलाया जाना चाहिए।

Supreme Court lawyer, Prashant Bhushan, who is part of the delegation , said: “We are discussing and consulting legal experts to file petition against the security forces involved in the killing of 118 civilians in 2010 unrest.”
“Our role is to facilitate a dialogue between Kashmir, India and Pakistan,” Bhushan said.
Swami Agnivesh said the summer unrest of 2010 has proved that “there was no hand of Pakistan and Lashker-e- Toiba in instigatin gany disturbanc e in Kashmir.”
“It has become clear during the summer unrest of 2010 that the Kashmiri movement was indigenous and expression of their aspiration s,” Agnivesh said. “It was in no way fuelled by LeT or Pakistan. The Indian civil society has realized it.”
